I ordered a black jeans and a non-stick kadai from snapdeal and paid them on cash on delivery basis. They provided me with blue jeans and a scratched dented kadai.After writing many mails talking to their customer support team they did not responded regarding my refund .Its almost a week and still no response is from the snapdeal team.

I have lost approx 1000 rupess .Also they taken one of the product back and the money is still not refunded.

I just want my hard earned money back ie refund and also i want core centre to please take strict action against them as 100s of people are getting fooled by this site on daily basis.
