Bajaj Allianz – Survey not done properly rejection claim

Hi, I have a car insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz. The policy number is OG-15-9906-1801-00093057 The car unfortunately ran into an accident on 23-03-2015 and was reported to Bajaj as underbody and front damages. The claim number is OC-15-1701-1801-00020669 Car owner name – Digant singh The car was put in trident Hyundai Garage on Hosur Road Bangalore. Unfortunately Bajaj surveyors never surveyed the vehicle for the under body damages (I have got recorded conversation with the surveyor who claimed that he never surveyed the vehicle) and without even surveying the vehicle they gave a blanket rejection for all the parts as non relevant. Because of this, my car could not be fixed for 3 weeks and Bajaj Allianz is not responding to my queries. Bajaj has also prepared the liability claim incorrectly which could be fixed only after number of chasers. Because I needed my car urgently, I had to give the approval to Hyundai to fix the damaged parts, Following were the questions I have asked from Bajaj for which I never got my response (This is clearly a denial of right to information to the customer). 1. What were the pictures taken for primary claim survey. Please share them. Who took these pictures? Why was underbody of the car not surveyed when it was clearly mentioned in the claim that both front and underboody got damaged. 2. When the supplementary claim information was provided to Bajaj? 3. Who from Bajaj surveyed the vehicle for supplementary claim and what were the pictures taken? Please share the pictures. When was the survey done? 4. What were the parts that were provided in the supplementary claim. 5. What were the parts that were rejected in supplementary claim 6. What are the reasons and proof of communication of rejection to Trident Hyundai.

Apart from the answers to questions I mentioned in complaints text, I need – 1. The insurance claim for the parts they did not survey (would be coming about Rs. 30000 roughly) 2. Compensation for delay in getting my car because of non response from Bajaj Allianz (50000 roughly) 3. Compensation from Bajaj Allianz for the mental harassment caused to me ( Rs 100000 roughly)
