Bajaj Auto – dealer not changed oil in service and poor service

I am really frustrated with Sales & Services of M/s. BALAJI AUTO WHEELS. I bought Passion Xpro from Balaji Auto on Oct 2013. I did my bikes second service on 24th Jan 2014 at above mentioned service center. Now 6th Apr 2014 while driving bike, it was suddenly stopped. This was 3rd time I have faced issue. And in this situation you can say bike is like dead. I cannot start bike either with Cell start or Kick. Then I took Bike at Balaji. Then they found that there is not engine oil in my bike. It seems that they haven not changed oil during my second service and their engineers were giving excused and finally I have to pay Rs. 1300 /- and also they have not considered this part in Warranty. I tried to reach the Owner of Balaji Auto – Mr. Babasaheb Buchade, but he did not receive my call and did not get back to me. Then I have complained on Hero website on 17/04/2014. Then I received call from Mr. Babasaheb on 21/04/2014 but surprisingly he gave me excuse that He havn not saved my number hence was not picking my call. Also He committed me that he will get back to me in 1 or 2 days. Then I have again sent follow up email to balajiherohinjawadi@gmail.com & pune@heromotocorp.com on 23/04/2014 But still I did not received any response from them

This was really risky as while driving bike it was suddenly dead and if some vehicles were coming then might be I had lost my life or met with an accident. I would like to refund money or want to replace my bike.
