Bajaj Auto – not recetifing the probelm gear box and many more

: i have purchased a bike in bajaj 125cc discover on 18-11-13. from day 1 it is having sevral problems which is known to the delears also.. i have intimated them many times over phone companey mail and by latters also..more then 15 times i have given them for servicing and to rectify the same problem…in this five months more then 30 days they have kept my bike to rectify it..till the date my bike is in delears service station..

i want to change the bike and i need the compensation for the bike because more then two months they have kept my bike till the time my problem is not solved and my bike is with the delears.
