Whenever i click on a video snapshot or link to download, it takes around two minutes and a message from Aircel is received which reads as”THANK YOU FOR USING AIRCEL SERVICE” although I still have a data plan but then also they charge & deduct balance from my main account .

Today this happened with me 4th time after this whenever I call to a customer care they just say that it was a chargeable link but to my knowledge there appears nothing related to that it is chargeable & now i am seriously fed up with your worst services this company it is seriously becoming a shady company. I will be porting my connection.

On 10/05/2014 at night my Aircel Mobile no as 9782173829 prepaid no as amount deducted Rs. 100 rupees without any information. Kindly re-credit to my account as soon as possible.
