Healthgenie.in – product was broken not getting any response

I purchased a MUSCLETECH product online from Healthgenie.in on 24 March 2014. It cost me INR 5050 and mode of payment was Cash on Delivery. I recieved the product on 27 march 2014 and made the payment to courier guy. When I opened the courier packing, found out that the seal of the product was broken and was not intact. On 28 Mar, I raised a request informing healthgenie.in that the product’s seal was tampered and i cannot risk my life consuming such a product which failed its genuinity test. Infact, I also made a call to the company(M/s Global IMPEX) from whom the product was imported. But the guy who answered the call said that they don’t deal in these products. Moreover, I then searched on internet every little information i could find about this importer and MUSCLETECH and came to the conclusion that there is no relation between the three(Muscletech, Global IMPEX and Healthgenie.in). So, I asked for the refund and days went off I called and mailed them. Each time they lied to me about the status of Refund and when i pushed them with the maximum strength i could, they finally made a payment of INR 4450 on 28 April. When I asked them why the refund amount is short of INR 600, they gave me excuse that “its as per the company policy we have to detect Shipping charges.” However, in my case shipping charges were 0(zero). Since the time, i have told them about this, I am not getting any response from there side. I am attaching all the supporting documents i have with me. Kindly check.

Total Relief: Remaining Refund amount of Rs 600 plus I made around 15-20 calls during this one month and i want a compensation of Rs 200 for the same. Also, for mental trauma, if there is any.
