I placed an order for 2 Bajaj Bahar Decorative Ceiling Fans online on August 6, 2013, and paid through debit card. First, they deducted the amount for the product twice, and did not give any confirmation of the order. On repeated calls and mails, they finally gave us the order numbers: 3599 and 3513. Inspite of many more calls and efforts from our side, they did not cancel one of these orders and give us a refund. Today, it is September 19, 2013 and we still haven’t received anything. Everytime we call them, they cut the call mid conversation, or pretend to ‘redirect’ the call to the web department. No one picks up the call after that just leaving us waiting. We don’t even want the product now, just our money back. The service has left us with a very bitter experience with this established brand.
