There is facility of “TALK TO US” in the website ebharatgas.com.There is note saying “special characters not allowed e.g. ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * etc..When you click on TALK TO US and feed your consumer number, name and address of the consumer get automatically inserted.However the address taken automatically from the server BPCL contain the special characters which are not permitted. Hence the complaint recorded by me does not get submitted to the mail box of BPCL. There is one more menu “CONTACT US” which provides address and phone number of Head Quarte and Regional Office of BPCL. However it has not provided their email addressas.

Remove special characters from all the addresses of all the consumers and provide email addresses of the HQ and Regiona Office of BPCL.
