sir, after a telephonic request from the company,they persisted me to do a annual maintenance contracts for microwave oven. thier representative inspected the microwave oven and certified ok.then we had a annual maintenance contract between us which valid from 05.02.13 to 04.02.15.(application no. 1607661).but,now i had a technical problem (burning smeell & smoke comes out).to avoid accident i called for repairing.but,the representative told that transformer need to be change and will be chargeble.in the contract it is clearly mentioned that free parts (transformer).kindly look after the matter and your kind action is solicied. mobile no.:09874677198

want to change the parts (if necessary)of the microwave oven to avoid acident.as i am in annual maintenance contract for 2 years with godrej & boyce mfd.co.ltd. the part (transformer) needed, should not be chargable as per contract.
