I had a housing loan and a top up loan from Deustche Bank. I wanted to close both as I was getting a better offer from HSBC and asked Deustche Bank for a foreclosure of both the loans mentioning the reason also. They agreed to foreclose the principal loan but not the top as it was less than six months old even though I was willing to pay the prepayment penalty and close that too then they gave a foreclosure letter for the principal mentioning that once this loan is closed they will return my property documents and refund any excess emi charged. I foreclosed the same and now they are saying that till the time the top is not closed they will not release my documents and I have to wait for the 6 months to end. Also they charged me an additional emi of Rs.139000/- which they are not refunding. Urgently need help. I am attaching the foreclosure letter whose password is ajaz0604

I want to close the top loan with Deustche Bank immediately and want a refund of the excess emi with interest, at the same rate they charge for loans.
