Dear sir, I am an customer of your from Oct 2015 ,I did investment through Bajaj capital huge amount,but recently I have facing a problem with this policy which was created August 25.but due to my problem I have visited your branch which is Baguihati area, they told me yesterday that if I submitted a cancellation letter then automatically cancel my policy,but today 07.09.2017 when I visited your Baguihati branch then there was a spokesperson told me that they cannot do it,I also record voice who told me about cancellation letter submit thn they told me he is a fresher boy ,so he unaware of this.suddenly mr sajol call me from regional office they told me the policy is not cancel thn I am shocked,even he also inform to our RSM mr Rupam Majumdar who is an employee of lords building he told me that he cancelled my policy,so I am confuse what is happening, please see the matter seriously, otherwise I’ll take my next step.
