My name is Jatin. I have Bajaj EMI Card and I often use it. Please find below details. Recently I bought Sony Mobile Phone in Oct. I have paid DP of INR 5,000. Rest INR 15,000 transferred to EMI of INR 1250/per month.

My 1st EMI is on 2nd Dec,15. I was supposed to pay INR 1250 only but I received that EMI will be INR 1,403. I checked by logging in my account. I was surprised that there is one insurance loan automatically opened in my account without my approval.

Loan Number: DIGITAL LIFE INSURANCE – 418DLI15455205
Loan Amount: INR 1,524
EMI: INR 153 for next 10 months

Kindly note that i will not be going to pay EMI of INR 153 approx. Please cancel the insurance as I don’t want it and I have not opened it. I hope it will be resolved before 2nd Dec otherwise EMI will be lapsed as I will keep only INR 1250 in my account.

If I would be charged for this insurance, I will file a case in consumer forum. Awaiting for your earliest resolution.
