Dear Sir, My name is Kailash Jangir. I live in Jaipur. I am esteemed and loyal customer of Bajaj Auto. Whenever somebody ask me about bikes I recommended bajaj. As I have purchased my first bike Bajaj Pulsar (RJ 14 SG 0445) in December, 2005 from Dealer-Nidhi Kamal Bajaj and using this bike for more than 5 years. I was very happy with my experience. Recently, 18 months back I have bought New Bajaj Discover 100cc DTS-I Electric Start (RJ14 BG 8636) from Jaipur (Dealer- Star Motors, Tonk Road) in month of June 22, 2011. Within 4 days of using new bike it start creating problem and within 1 month only your dealer star motors have changed its battery 5 times and they have also changed some parts which I don’t have any idea about that parts. But problem of this bike has not stopped. That time also I have requested them and Bajaj Online Customer care also that please replace my bike because this is a defected piece. Recently I seen showroom of Star Motors. He windup his Bajaj showroom. Where I will go. Now this time my bike engine making noise and silencer loose oil very highly. In this 18th months my bike run only 21,458 km. using your product only for 18th months and that two 21,458 km is not considerable for me because I don’t want to open my bike’s engine so early and It also have several other problems too. Now your dealer sunrise not ready to replace my bike with the new one. They are saying replacement of bike is not into company’s policy. It’s my request to you to look into the matter and solve my problem and replace my bike as soon as possible. Replacing a bike is not a big deal for your company but it means a lot to me and it make your customer happy. So that in near future also I will make myself happy with bajaj and recommended to other’s as well. I am not able afford more than 1,000/- rupees expenses for services and parts. I have submitted my Bike, Today, 11th March 2013 @ Sunrise Bajaj, Tonk Road, Jaipur. The workshop manager said that he will mail for approval the parts and services. And please give approval them to solve my problem without any charges.
