I purchased Bajaj 25Lit Majesty model water heater on 10 DEC 2012. I used the product regularly , but during August -September 2014 the LED indicators found in not working stage . I informed to the authorized service center about the problem during first week of Oct 2014. They send the person and he opened the system and told us that you need to wait for some days . again i informed the problem to the same people. They came did the same way as like earlier, but not rectified the problem. again i lodged the complaint during November ending.The person came and did some thing and told us that i will replace indicators later. But the next day onward the water heater is not working. I felt very bad about this made a call to the same service center. But they are not care about the complaint and respond irresponsibly. I have no option and i informed them that i will wait for two or three days, even after that day if you are not responded i will lodge a complaint against you in consumer forum. Till today they are not responded. I don’t know what can i do in this winter season without using the water heater. Hence i request you to take action against this give justice to me.
