Respected sir, i have lodged a complaint dated 29/11/2014, complaint bearing no-29/11/02 in the above mentioned service center of bajaj electricals regarding damage of my water heater filament .as my product’s warranty got expired i made the complaint for replacement of the faulted parts and i wanted to pay the amount of the original product.but the authority yet did not take any effective meassures. i have a cancer patient in my home . so it is my request to you to look into the matter and try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
i want proper service from birbhum service center and the original filament coil as soon as possible.
