respected sir , 1. i have foreclose my lan vide l2wahm00627646 with your all dues against me on 02/12/2013 with amount rs.17357/- vied receipt no. 95585288. 2. i requested to you to remove my name from defaulter list of cir cibil report as you show as post (ro) settled . as well as you collect all cheque bounce and over due charge against me, and i also paid . 3. i was not settled any amount with you and paid all dues outstanding against me but you show in cibil as post(ro)settled. 4. i requested you to update my cibil record with correct data as account status – post(ro)settled as you reported in cibil should be deleted as i have paid all the dues without any settle amount. account status should be remain blank in cibil cir report 5. so i requested you to again please delete from cibil records as post(ro)settled as soon as and it should leave blank. 6. as you show as post(ro) settled in a/c status but i was not settled any amount with you regarding my overdue payment .as i have done all outstanding amount with overdue charge so delete post(ro) settled and account status should be remain blank. definition of post(ro)settled – if this section is populated the lender has either restructure of by offerinf different term(extended the loan tenure and reduce interest rate etc.) settled at some amount less than what the lender believe it was owed so the possible value is as post(ro)settled. 7. so i have not settled any single amount with you so you should remove or delete post(ro)settled status and account status should be remain blank in cibil cir report.

i am very upset with bajaj fin ltd because i will not arrange the money by getting personal loan from sbi.i just want that remove or delete post (ro) settled status from cibil and leave it blank.
