Respected Sir, I have purchased a LG air conditioner (Rs. 38,500) on 12/09/13 from Great eastern trading Co. Dankuni br. and availed loan facility from bajaj Consumer durable loan under same roof. As i availed loan my original cash memo was intercepted by bajaj. now, my ac is having problems and not turning on , AC i logged complaint to LG service the engineer is asking for a xerox copy of the purchase invoice. I contacted great eastern they told me the copy is available on bajaj’s experia portal from there i can download the same and use easily. I logged in to bajaj portal and downloaded the same and FOUND THERE IS NO INVOICE OF MY AC IS RECORDED INSTEAD A TOSHIBA LED OF 45,000 IS LOGGED INTO My loan account. Now my AC Is out of order , my mother is sick she needs an AC to live well as she has allergy. Please help me out of this situation. I will be ever grateful to you.

I want my original invoice and and a strong punishment to bajaj and for forcing me and my mother to face the situation i wish my due EMI s will waived off.
