My Bajaj Finance Loan / Vehicle/Mobile number:- l2wdel01948547 i had purchased bajaj pulsar 200ns in SEPTEMBER 2012 on finance.I have an EMI of 2825/- per month . once a cheque got bounced and bajaj finance represented the cheque on the same day again and then on some other day again twice in single day and this happened in various month. Bank charged me a lot of money and my CIBIL credit scores would also have got effected. I filed a complaint through email as advised by bajaj finance. I got a reply and when i replied to them they did not revert to it. After that someone came from bajaj said they are going to resolve this for me by the end of November. They took the bank statement for the proof. I have not received any resolution from them , not even a reply . But they call each time for the payment and harass me. I need your help to solve this matter.
