Bajaj Finance – Harassing people for loan recovery

Complaint against collection agent of Bajaj Finserve I have taken refrigerator from Ezone 3 months ago, and i have taken finance from Bajaj Finserve company, my loan a/c no is 4050CD07392178 i have already paid last 2 installment but i have to paid remaining amount in Full payment that i have told to the collection agent, but she is giving bad words to me as well as she dosn”t have talking sense at all this is their strategy to collect the loan amount from customers. collecting agents behaving like stupid they don”t know how to talk to the customers i hope i will get revert on this. i dont know her name, but i have her contact no +91 86550xxxx I’m attaching the recorded call with this she is saying that the bajaj finance is allowing to them to talk like this with the customers

Mentally Harassment. they are harassing the people how they want and they are openly saying that the bajaj finance has given the permission to talk to customer like this you can listen the calls record and they are clearly saying bajaj has no objection on this and you will not get any reply from bajaj regarding this
