I have taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv in the month of October (Loan no-5319432011) of Rs. 7,96,000 out of which 7,76,000 was disbursed and the remaining 20,000 was deducted under deductions for service and other changes. As per Bajaj finserv, the loan can be preclosed or part payment can be given. However I am trying to contact them to give a part payment against my loan and have emailed them thru their website 3 times, however they claim that the reply would be given in 48 hours but so far I have not received any reply from them. The first query was logged on 21st Dec and 2 queries after that but none of them have been replied yet. If the reply would have had come on time, I would have saved on the interest amount but now I am paying the full EMI amount, although I have sufficient money to make the part payment. Kindly look into the matter and help me with the case.

Had the response been given to me on time, I would have saved on the interest amount that I have to pay, but now I am paying the full EMI since the reply have not been on time. Infact there have been no reply at all until now.

It has been a kind of mental torture since they claim to reply within 48 hrs but they are not and even on the customer care, there is no help given and we are directed to write emails to BajajFinserv which are not replied. I want to slap a fine of 2 Lac for such practices being followed by the bank.
