Nokia Handset ASHA 200- Unseemly Service

It is really outrageous to realize that one cannot get justice despite sending two letters to the CEO of Nokia Corporation. Further, it is more despicable to understand that one cannot get a reply from Nokia Head Office. In addition to that, call received from mobile number +918861986554 was not only to brusquely inform the rules and regulation but to show his discourteous behavior. If NOKIA Care run by franchises have intension to reject the warranty by quoting some fault at Customer end (viz. vapor, dust etc found in mobile), a customer may reject their argument by saying that Nokia Care has created such a record to reject the warranty. When I gave mobile for servicing to Nokia Care, the mobile was working and only some time it was getting switched off, but now I have been informed that mobile is not at all repairable / working. Since the launch of Mobile in India (1999), I am using Nokia Mobile. I never purchased any other brand mobile in last 13 years even for playing of my son. Being an eternal customer of Nokia, I always expected justice from Nokia Corporation. This may be a rare instance of getting substandard mobile from Nokia but third time I got the same. Within five to six months from the date of purchase, all three went to out of order. Since August 13, 2012, my 3rd mobile is lying at Nokia service centre, many inconvenience caused to me due to the above (viz, sudden hospitalisation of my wife in FORTIS HOSPITAL,B G Road, Bangalore at night 10.30 pm on 14 Sept. 2012 when I was travelling in the train and she was not even able to inform me), Nokia is supposed to compensate for all of my sufferings? Even after sending numerous e-mails and calling over phone and letters, I am yet to receive replaced mobile from Nokia India. I am stunned to see the abject condition of an enduring customer of Nokia.

In addition to the above, I requested Nokia India to provide following information under RTI Act, 2005 after paying requisite fees; but, I am yet to receive any reply from the Nokia INDIA even under RTI Act, 2005. It seems that Nokia India is not bother about “laws of land”. 1. What is procedure to handle the consumer complain sent to CEO of Nokia Corporation? 2. Whether there is no system of acknowledging the grievances letter in Nokia? 3. What action has been taken by Nokia against the employee whose number is +918861986554 for his discourteous behavior? Kindly inform his name. 4. Whether Nokia India is having any monitoring system for their franchises? 5. Why Nokia India franchise Magnum Fashion, Jayanagar, Bangalore, India is not bothered to return the handset? 6. If complain is with CEO of Nokia Corporation, whether replying merely by e-mails that Mobile is not under warranty because of vapor, dust etc found, is the system and procedure of Nokia Corporation? 7. What is caring for a consumer in Nokia Corporation? I am placing my enduring condition before his majesty to get Justice
