Bajaj Finserve executive has used my personal documents (PAN Card & Driving License) & bank details to provide Loan to purchase LED TV to someone (mobile No: 9911452XXX) from Suriya Kiran Electronics (Sony Centre, 7 Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087). They have also deducted Rs 2545 from my saving account as EMI. Also ICICI bank has allowed auto debit option to Bajaj Finserve without my consent. I was not in India as per the invoice date & Loan Application form (15/10/2014)

They are continuously following up with my parents at Home without my consent and creating unnecessary problems at home. This has disturbed my professional and personal life for past few weeks also I have to take frequent leaves to follow up with Bajaj Finserve
