BAJAJ PULSAR – Bike documentation not given dealer not responding

i purchased black colour bajaj pulsar 135 ls from “ suryoday bajaj, mira road . bike was delivered to me on 21st june 2012, with all documents mentioning regn. no. mh04fm1079 and colour black. on receipt of r.c. card from rto dept by courier on 21 sept 2012, i found following discrepancies. 1- regn no. mentioned is mh04fm1249 2- colour of bike mentioned is p. red. same thing was intimated to suryoday bajaj, mira road and r.c. was given to them for necessary correction on 3rd oct 2012. it has been more than one and a half years of bike purchase and till now i have not received my original r.c. . every time some excuses are being given, like concerned person is on leave, file has gone for updation, server is down etc. i have also complained to bajaj customer care (complaint id:cr125307) but they haven’t resolved my problem details of bike ch. no.- md2jdjdzzvca37142 e. no.- jegbva98037 colour.- black
i want my registration certificate to get corrected as soon as possible as providing proper r.c. is dealer’s responsibility as i have paid for that service and can produce the bill too.. i want all the money i spent on taxi fare to be returned along with interest.. i want compensation for mental harassment..
