Bajaj Pulsar – Dealer not refund back advance amount

I have booked a bike (Bajaj pulsar rs200 yellow colour) on 21.04.2015. the sales representative told me that the bike is not available now, he is gong to deliver me by 10.05.2015. i paid an advance of rs.20000 in cash. the cost of bike was rs.151390. but till 31.05.2015, they did not deliver me my bike, they keep on saying that the bike is out of stock. they offer me different colour but i did not accepted. so i told them that now i want my refund back, they said ok, i can collect my refund whenever i want, as they wont be able to deliver me the bike before next two months. but now when today on 1.06.2015, i send my staff for the refund with the receipt, they took away the receipt and said the refund will be given in the form of cheque and after 2 days. though they never said me anything regarding this at the timing of booking.
i want the compensation as they did not fulfilled their promise of delivering the bike on time, in fact they did not delivered it. moreover they blocked my money. and when i asked for refund they are delaying in that also.
