Bajaj Pulsar – Free Service Excess billing for bike service

I have a Pulsar150, 2013 Model. I had done servicing (Free Service) on 29th June 2014 with Sai Service. Before the servicing, they do a pre-check on the vehicle, so this supervisor after doing the pre-check gave me the estimated time & the cost. In this pre-check, he advised me to do a ‘Service Plus’ (that was the name of the service), wherein he told that, in this they would insulate all the wires of the vehicle, so that it would stay insulated throughout the monsoon season. After thinking on it, i decided to go with it, since the cost was also not much (Rs.175). This all happened around the noon time. After the servicing was done, around the evening time, they called me to pick the vehicle. Before paying the bill, i decided to check the vehicle to see if they had done it or not. (NOTE : Till this point, nobody told me, that it was pending). After i questioned them, as to where is the insulation or coating, nobody uttered a word. Instead they gave me pathetic reason, that the coating/insulation material was finished. So, i asked them that, they could have conveyed this to me earlier. And on top of that, they even billed me on this, without even telling me. Also they prepared a ‘GATE-PASS’, that too without my consent. The GATE-PASS thing is actually prepared, after the customer is satisfied with the serviced vehicle. I shouted at all of them on this forgery thing, for which, he gave me in writing, that it will be done at your convenience. So, to summarize, the billed me for a service that they did not gave & made a ‘GATE-PASS’ without the customer’s consent.

Since its a registered company, i request to cancel their license for servicing (If they do have).
