Dear Sir,
On 05.01.2014, I was tried to apply sail through sail shine website. But during payment stage, in-spite of failure in transaction Rs-515/- has been deducted from my account. But I received a email from Citruspay that my order is successful with the following details

Merchant Order number:
SL12700781388929707 Transaction Reference Number: 05141615164266Order Amount:515.00 INRTransaction Date & Time:Jan 05, 2014 07:40:13 PM

Though approx 7 days passed, but as per sail shine website, status is application submitted without any payment and I am also unable to complete the registration process. To complete registration I have to pay again Rs-515/.
When i contacted to Citruspay, they informed me they can’t do any thing and informed me to contact Merchant Shine. After that send email to shine, but there is no response. When I tried to contact shine by phone (as per number provided in shine.com), no one receiving phone call.

So it is may request to do the needful, so that I can get refund Rs-515/-.
