I am a MTS Mobile customer my no is 9143100880, how it is possible that my balance Rs. 45.24 at 10.50 P.M. on 25/08/10 is reduced to Rs 14.62 at 2.10 P.M. on 26/08/10. After knowing from their customer care executive that MTS Chat Service automatically provided to you and then I unsubscribed that service and got a message from your end at 2.44 P.M. on 26/08/10. On 26/08/10 at 11.07 P.M. I got a Message from their end that MTS Chat is renewed and charged Rs 30. My Complaint No. is Aug/400828 dt. 27/08/10 at 06-30-23

Plz. note that amount of Rs. 30 for three times and Rs 15 for one time already deducted from my balance and also note that I never received any value added service and they do not Stop this kind of unethical, illegal practices and malpractices.

I have already contract with their customer care over phone and also send email to their address for refund of my balance that deducted, but till now no feed back has come.

Plz. do needful in this matter at your earliest and oblised.
