Hi Sir,
Due to Hulimavu lake briege, my car was submerged on 24th Nov 2019 and after two days TATA AIG surveyor finished the survey and he finalized it as total loss. He asked for few documents of car and within 8 days have given all documents to him. Its almost more than a month now and I havent received any information from the surveyor nor company. Whenever I call he has his own reason.

My policy number is 015934146200 and IDV value is around 4.25 lacs.
I wanted to escalate this matter and hence writing this email. Please take this as complaint and also find Manoj surveyor number: 8073156107 (jayanagar 3rd block bangalore).
Request you help me in this regard and call me if any info is required.
