Barefoot Holidays collected money in advance from us, and then put us on a wrong ferry from Port Blair to Havelock on 21st July, 2014. My wife and son were sea sick, and had to endure a longer journey due to the fact that Barefoot Holidays saved a little money by putting us on a cheaper ferry via Niel Island, instead of directly from Port Blair to Havelock, in spite of the fact that they had charged us a premium for the booking. Also, on 26th July, 2014, they gave us a room in NEST guest house, Port Blair, in which they had charged us an extra Rs. 800 for a mattress. But there were ants in the room, and the mattress on the floor was unusable.

We request you to kindly ensure that Barefoot Holidays refunds us Rs.1,050 which they overcharged for the ferry booking, and also Rs. 800 for the mattress in the room in NEST guest house, the total being Rs. 1,850.
