I bought black formal shoes from Bata authorized showroom on 27th August 2015 but quality of shoes is very bad. Its inner sole is creating a problem in walking and its quality is very poor.

I request you to kindly my request and arrange to replace the same.

I bought a pair of sandal in bata showroom inorbit mall Vashi navi Mumbai dt 17/07/15 . whwn i wore it on day one itself the colour of elastic bleeding so much that my feet turned blue and it started itching. request u to look into the matter.
