I purchased one sandal shoe from Bata on 20th Sept. 2020 from Bannerghatta Road showroom at Bengaluru. One of the velcro strap came out due to failed / poor quality stitching. When I took this to Bata Showroom at Bagalaur Cross, Off New Airport road, Next to Nitesh Central Park Apartments, Bengaluru, they refuse to accept it and do free of cost repair. Such type of substandard customer support I never expected from Bata. I will ensure that none of my near and dear ones will buy Bata products.
