Hi, I bought Bata footwear 2 months back in June 2015 @ Rs. 499 but quality is really bad. Article No. 571-5046 I visited Baner Bata showroom and they asked me to send a mail to in-customer_service @bata.com but I didn’t get any reply from their side. I don’t have bill as that product was new so I didn’t get it. I paid through gift voucher. Please take care of this issue. Thanks, Mini

I purchased chappals model joy rs399 & chiller rs.699 from panipat outlet on 30-03-2015, total poor quality product. The joy model was broken down with in 30 days and chiller also broken down in 3 months. Very disturbed with quality. I feel let down by Bata.
