I had bought a handbag from the Bata showroom at A67/70, Lower Ground Floor, Sector-7, Dwarka, Delhi . The bag was worth Rs 2700. I had purchased it on third week of the month of december, 2015. I started taking it to office from the 1st of january 2016. But by the end of january, the stitches on the handle started to come loose.and Even the leather on the handle is peeling off. This is not what I expected from such a reputed brand and that too your bata products. I even went and spoke to the store authorities but they said that they were helpless. a number is written inside a bag 938-3024. Can somebody from Bata resolve this issue?
