BATA HAS BAD POLICY OF NO EXCHANGE,NO GUARANTEE

Regular customer of bata since many years now.
Called at 18004192282 since 7 days now for help as on 17/3/16,saturday,bata at pacific mall,subhash nagar- we bought shoes in sale rs.1700/-for friend,unfit n size to be changed.

But bata has bad policy of no exchange,no guarantee on discounted items which no company in india does.

Also,all products having sale/discounts of 50-80% also on showrooms/internet websites also offer guarantee/replacement with no such condition.

People will stop shopping from bata as bad products being sold.

No exchange no guarantee means seconds sale.
