I am writing to you to file a complaint and express my disappointment about the service and negligence received in one of your Bata Show room. Furthermore, I have included in this letter some documents which will support the claim that I am making. I am a frequent visitor at bata showroom in Banaglore (Address Address: No 70/1, A, Kaikondrahalli, Sarjapur Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102) I visited this place on Thursday 19 may 2016 to purchase a pair of shoes,and I parked my Bike to the bata parking area. During this time the Bata Billboard crashed to my bike and damaged it severely and also some customers also survived this accident by just their stroke of luck. When the incident was informed to the manager,there was no propitiate answer or any apology from the manager or any staff member. I was very disappointed with the inhuman behavior from your staff. This is the responsibility of the staff and your company to safe guard the life safety of the customers. I will also planning to file a complaint in the consumer Court and also will urge support from Twitter and Facebook while posting.
