Hi BATA, I am a regular online shopper, I normally shop from many online shopping portal and I am actually happy customer , however all happiness gone for the day i ordered bata sandals order no 12497528. 1st of all received used product with tags intact and when i called CC they raised return I asked for refund in my bank a/c . Your CC agent asked me to share bank details which I shared with my another email(nehaafsar.ahmad@gmail.com)on 1st feb since then ther is no update …no acknowledgement on email and on website there is no return raised though pick up already done >>> I DO NOT HAVE PRODUCT NOR REFUND . and no one from bata has courtesy to at least reply on my email.
