Hi, this is Gaurav Garg staying in Saket Delhi. I had purchased one footwear from the authorized showroom of Bata India situated at Begum Bridge Meerut for my wife on dated 14-Nov-2013 with a Article No. 6015905 worth Rs. 399/-. The CST No. & Tin No. are 09550000018 for the same. As per the Bata policy this product is under Guarantee /warranty, but the product was so bad that it has been ruptured most of the places & we are moving one showroom to another along with the product for solicit an help, but nobody is ready to do so. We also tried Customer care of Bata mentioned on the cash memo but there is nobody is ready to pick-up the phone. Yesterday we visited your Bata Showroom situated in DLF Mall in Saket. Their Mr. Sunil Sharma, The store manager, suggest us to drop a mail to the customer care. We have done the same 3-4 times. Now really fed up
are requesting for replacement of this article with the newer one & also some compensation in terms of money because foot is badly damage. Request for an help ASAP basis.
