Sir, i purchased two Pairs of Branded Bata shoes on 19 jan 2013 costing a whopping Rs 1500. After 3 moths of use both of them have developed same defect-rubber sole pasting dislodged. i dont have original receipt. i want at least the shoes to be repaired which is not being done by the dealer.

Doesn’t the Dealer Recognize the Shoes Sold by the Store ? Don’t you have a copy of the Bill ? I am not even asking for Free Repair but I am willing to do and even then if your attitude is such I advise all the readers of this Forum not to BUY Bata Shoes and look for some other Brand.
