I am having good faith in your company and your products and the cosumer of No of products. Of late I had purchased one pair of shoes from M/s Trisha Boot house, so called your Dealer of Moodbidri vide cash bill No 6069 dated 06 Dec 2015, It was so substandard that all side gum removed and by wearing for 5-6 days. Finally I returned the same on 23 Dec 2015 for replacement. As per the statement of owner the shoes are returned and yet to come back. After enquiring 4th time I am forced to write you. Kindly do the needful within a stipulated period.
