I bought a shoe from a BATA Showroom on 12th Jan, 2015. The price of the shoe is Rs. 1499/-. Now from 18th Mar, 2015 the sole of the shoe became cracking badly. I was on tour and was bound to change the sole on emergency basis. Actually this situation is mental disturbing and also so much insulting to me as I had to attend an Conference with a BATA shoe with locally stitched sole. This was highly embarrassing.

Now I want immediate replacement of the shoe.
