I was purchased an item of BATA brand on 2nd of june of this year..after 20 days the shoe were torn. When i were inform this thing to the seller they were ignored me,and told they can repair this only,but the condition of shoe is very bad,as this is in the warranty period. So i want to replace this shoe by same model same size…if you kindly replace my shoe,i will be thankful to you.
