I have purchased one pair of shoes from newly opened Bata shop situated at cuttack road near Laxmi sagar square, Bhubaneswar,Odisha. After purchasing that shoes I faced an accident and broken my leg. As a result I could not wear that shoe and kept intact with me till date. Recently when I have opened the packet I found one shoe of left leg bearing no.9 and another shoe from different design bearing no. 10 of same left leg.Since that shop is permanently closed I have requested and handed over the defective shoe pair to another Bata shop situated at Kalpana square,BBSR,Odisha. Now I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and advice me what shall I do? Awaiting your positive response in this regard. Thanking you
