Dear Sir,

With due respect I hereby raising a complain against the defective product sold by BATA stores to the customer under the discount period. This is request to all customer please don’t go and buy any product of BATA. As they r selling cheap quality product. After raising a complain to the concerned department they start giving an excuse that under Discount period there rights get over selling the product. Your concerned department wasted 3 days in replying of my query.

Pathetic service by BATA with a cheap quality product . please don’t go and buy any product of BATA in future. Thanks
