I have purchased a pair of Bata slipper vide Cash Memo No.01.12.2013/2/0055-01015 for Rs.499/- on 1st December, 2013 from your show room at Jayanagar, 4th Block, Bangalore.(Article No.8616928) I have noticed that the mould of left slipper has come out and it is causing pain to walk. When I checked up with your Bata Show Room Branch at Yelahanka New Town Bangalore for repair/replacement, (which is nearest to my residence,) they refused to accept for repair/replacement and advising me take up the matter at Jayanagar Show Room, Bangalore I am staying in Yelahanka New Town, to get repair/replcement I have to spend time and money. I request you to advise your show room at Yelahanka New Town Branch for necessary repair or replacement.
