This is to bring to your kind notice that on 15-01-2014 I have purchased sandals to my daughter vide cash memo # :15-01-14/1/0021. 01020 at your Mangalore branch/shop. (K S Rao Road) The cost of the item is Rs 499.00 only but, while making payment through card the firm has collected Rs 1.00 extra towards cost of bag. It is very surprised o note that no commercial establishments in Mangalore are not collecting extra amount towards firms plastic bags. Only BATA shop keepers are collecting the extra amount. Sir, I want the clarification regarding the collection of extra amount. Is there is any strict directions from your head office regarding that or not?. Sir, for your information Rs 1.00 is not the matter. However, this type duping the general public is not fair on your part being the august organization in Indian market. Sir,kindly let me know the action taken in this regard at the earliest for taking further suitable action.
