Hi I had attempted to buy a men sandal from BATA INDIA LIMITED using SBI Debit card on 01/10/2014. The showroom is in Fraser Road near to “Bharatiya nritya kala mandir”, the transaction was complete including the PIN entering and hence Rs 500 was deducted from my account. However the authorized person of the shop refused to acknowledge that the transaction was complete. Hence he did not hand over me the sandal. Please take care of the matter.
