Dear Team, Yesterday, I had been to Bata India showroom, in Jagadamba Junction, Visakhapatnam opposite to Vizag Central Mall in Visakhapatnam. I wanted to purchase a sandal costing Rs.999/- and it was closing time around 9:20pm when I went to the payment counter the young smart guy with a black framed glass started to push the card into the machine and was taking it out quickly after I entered the pin and he did this atleast 4 to 5 times and inbetween he swiped once after seeing the CVV no. knowing pretty well that it’s a ICICI chip card and while entering the pin he instead of looking elsewhere was curious to know the pin and was glaring at my fingers. Finally after he said that there is some problem with the server, I couldn’t purchase the sandal and returned home. Today I got a message from ICICI bank that showing the reduced credit limit and when I called up they said there have been many transaction attempt at least 5 to 6 times inbetween 5am to 6am and one Rs.1000/- is debited at 5:57am today. Please help settle this as I have not bought the sandal from your store and I want that such guys at the counter should be fired immediately as their intention seems to be different. Awaiting immediate response on this before I go to the media and police cyber cell. Thanks, Winston
