Beam Broadband Connection Shifting Delayed

I am rakesh reddy, from Hyderabad. I subscribed to BEAM Broadband,internet service ,with Registered mobile number :970113XX22,mail:m.rakeshreddy On 2nd month of My usage, i needed shifting of my internet connection to other place. I requested beam customer service about my shifting of connection on 1/1/2015. They took about 10 days and more to check the feasibility for shifting my connection Its been 23 days by 241/2015 they Haven’t Responded to my calls instead they generate a new ticket or update my complaint.. I haven’t used my internet even for 1 month.They put my connection on hold and saying they resolve issue soon but there is no action being taken by them.

I need internet connection as soon as possible. please inform concerned department should install box and provide internet connection asap. thank you.
