I paid to SPIDIGO broadband for 7 months -> 2MBPS – 4 MBPS… They failed to provide promised speed for the costliest plan they have, I have all the mails and images saved with me that I can share here. I visited their office on 5th July 2014 and they promised that they will refund the amount in 1 week.. Bhawani Singh Ratore – 7819813617 was the guy who promised me of getting the refund in one week. He gave me his number and told me to call him next Saturday. I am trying to call him since then but he received my call only once and then he switched it off. I mailed them on CR@spidigo.com & Support@spidigo.com but there was no reply for 12 mails I sent, and I then used my friend’s email account and sent mail on same email for new connection and I received a call in few minutes from Deepak Verma -7819813519 – regarding new account creation. I am still trying to contact this Fraud company, but never got any update on that, and the customer care – 079 66199999 and all they had to ask me was to visit the company office to get refund. I see thousands of complaints against this company on all the customer forums. I don’t think that they deserve to run a company and just be the easiest one to STEAL money from people and don’t give a DAMN about that. I seek help from this site and looking for speedy resolution to my problem.
