I am P.Niteesh Reddy taken a connection from beam Telecom Broadband. I had shifted my connection from uppal to begumpet . I made a request on 30 july , but they contacted me on 03 Aug.
And they made all connections and they had gone away. But till now from 05 aug there is no response from your office. If we makes calls to your office it takes 24 hours they are saying from 05 aug onwards. But till now there not yet activated and your executive doesn’t visit my home.
my complaint starts from 05 aug 9249233 my ticket number which we need set to activated and tell the process.
12.11pm,14.37pm two times we made a a call to customer care they said we are sending.

On 08 Aug 17.10 17.12,
on 09 Aug 09.32 12.55 17.20
On 10 Aug 09.28 12.53 12.55 12.56 15.01 20.16
And on 10 Aug one executive called me up and said we will be coming within 5minutes at 6.00 his mobile number is9010613600 ur executive number .. we made nearly 102 calls after 7.00pm but does’t lift my call…
On 11 Aug 09.49am 12.48pm 14.59pm 15.01pm ….
These are the timings we made a interaction with the customer executive but till now no response from you Beam.
Make a note, we are customer, if you do not satisfy the customer how you are going to lead it ?
